upgrade from v3 to v4

    Is it possible to upgrade from Version 3-4?

    I have a website instance using version 3 with some existing galleries.
    I have upgraded using the minor versions however the transition from 3.1.40 > 4.0.0 renders all existing galleries broken.

    Is there a process or missing minor version that should be installed to make the transition possible?

    Hi,

    It shouldn’t have broken through and the process should have been smooth.

    This can only happen when you have large galleries and your server timed out.

    However, you can contact us on our website by providing more details about the site, and we may figure out some custom solution for you.

    Thanks for getting back to me Varun.
    I had to make some time sensitive updates so have migrated to the default WP gallery. The galleries were quite large so perhaps this was the cause.
