Passwords Not Working

Many of the posts on my journal are password protected, but for some reason these passwords aren’t working. I input what I am certain is the correct password, but when the page loads the entry is still locked. I just recently customized the HTML and whatnot and got rid of a lot of unnecessary PHP includes. Is there possibly one that I deleted that is needed for password protected entries?
