LOTS OF POTENTIAL HORRENDOUS DESIGN. ABSURD WORKFLOW!

  • This was the first plugin I downloaded unaware this was the start of a 8 hour treasure hunt. I am not sure why the coders of wordpress think option “A” is to design something that requires a user to know HTML & CSS.

    Since your oblivious to that fact that a user generally doesn’t want to know that here is what a user wants to have happen.

    download plugin
    activate plugin
    go to “add new blog post”
    click on icon in the editor toolbar
    popup window
    choose number of columns & rows
    add text & photo
    choose color for background, text and borders.

    continue typing blog post.

    **********NO ONE WANTS TO OPEN A SEPERATE PAGE TO CREATE A SIMPLE TABLE THAT DOESN’T EVEN HAVE A FONT SIZE ADJUSMENT OPTION. CREATE ALL THAT, THEN GO TO BLOG POST AND INSERT SHORT CODE AND THEN CLICK PREVIEW TO SEE WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE*****************

    NO ONE WANTS TO DO THAT!! THEY PUT UP WITH IT BECAUSE YOU AND A HANDFUL OF CODERS DESIGNED YOUR PLUGINS LIKE THIS AND NO ONE ELSE HAS FILLED THE VOID. THIS IS ILLOGICAL AND COMPLETELY IMPRACTICAL. WHAT WERE YOU THINKING WHEN YOU DECIDED A 3 WINDOW PROCESS WAS THE BEST WAY TO MAKE THIS THING WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    UNBELIEVABLE. HORRENDOUS DESIGN!! LOTS OF POTENTIAL ABSURD APPLICATION.
