Export unsuscribed emails

    Hello,

    I can’t find the link to view and export unsuscribed emails anymore ? On the wordpress database/easymail_unsubscribed table, the email field is now filled with uncomprehensible (crypted ?) strings, eg : 2a217923cb24a2abded5e626b801bb65

    Hi Tim, from EasyMail v.2.10 the unsubscribed emails are stored always as MD5 string, to be compliant to GDPR. If you need to check an email address you can check the MD5 hash of it against the exported MD5 unsubscribed emails.

    Hi, thanks for your answer but I need to export the unsubscribed emails list (readable) as it was possible before, is there a way to do it now from the site admin ?

    Now it’s not possible anymore to have the readable email list. From latest versions the unsubscribed email addresses are stored in hashed format, so you cannot have the plain emails. It was necessary to be compliant with new privacy guidelines.
