Unable to login after updating

    Hello,
    After updating to 1.4.1 I was not able to login to my website, and had to disable the plugin through ftp (it took me some time to understand this plugin was responsible).
    After downgrading to 1.3.4 no problem.
    Any advice you can give, or any information you would need from me?

    which version of php are you running. you need at least php 5.3 since the last update

    According to my phpinfo I’m running version 7.2.10 of PHP.
    I’m amazed how a little plugin of a plugin can break some critical parts of the site which have no relation with the plugin itself.
    Please tell me if there’s anything you need to debug.

    I have been testing the plugin on all 5.3+ versions of PHP without any problems. I realise this topic is getting old. Did you get any new insights meanwhile?

    Thank you for your time.
    I am sticking to version 1.3.4 at the moment as upgrading to 1.4.1 still breaks my site and other plugins.
    I am very interested by the pro version you’re working on and will give it a try when available.
