Discount on product count

Hi, first of all very thanks for the great plugin it’s really very helpful. I have some queries for one functionality.

I want to provide the same amount of discount which applied on Shipping Charges. Is it possible with this plugin? On the cart and the checkout page is should shows.
For example, I have the 60rs per product flat rate on Shipping Charges so want to apply the same price discounts.
