Breeze Plugin breaks the cart for users and adds other products to it

  • Hello,

    When I enable this plugin on my woocommerce shop it breaks my site’s cart functionality. What happens is regardless of what product a person ‘adds to cart’ my site will add a different item to their cart (which happens to be the same product each time). Then when they remove this new item from their cart they can see the item they wanted to add in the cart.

    Please try this:
    Purge All Caches by going to the Breeze menu and clicking Purge All Cache menu item. Next, kill all sessions and launch a fresh session. Now try to replicate the scenario. If the problem persists, there is a chance that a plugin or a WooCommerce theme setting is the cause of the problem. Also, please confirm that you have the lettest version installed on your store.

    Which section is that setting under? I only see the option to ” Use this option to instantly Purge Varnish Cache on entire website. ” under varnish.

    Is there a way to clear all the cookies that breeze has stored for my users who visited the site?

    Hi

    you can find In top bar menu there is option Purge All Cache and you can remove cache by option Purge cache under Basic option in Breeze settings.
