Exceptional Email Support

I have been using the free version of CaptainForm for 2 years now. Just recently, I needed to upgrade to a paid version in order to meet the demands of a new project.
Found a couple of issues that couldn’t quite get my head around (user error). Submitted a support ticket and in less than 24 hours I received emails that were written with care and not full of jargon. The error of my ways was quickly realised with the help of the team.
I have found that if a member of the support team finishes their shift, another member takes over. This is an excellent practice, so 10/10 for Customer Care. Other Developers, please note!
