    I am trying to do a back-up and it keeps stalling at around 15%.

    I have checked the connection to Dropbox and this is fine.

    How long after the start of the backup did you let it run for? We need that info to help us interpret the log file. Potentially, the scheduler in your WP install (WP Cron) is broken.

    Hi David,

    It runs for days. The current job started on Tues 9th Oct and is currently stuck at 15% (file 1 of 5).

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

    It appears that the backup is not being resumed after being timed out.

    This suggests that there is an issue with your site’s scheduler.

    Please could you install the free WP Crontrol plugin, then go to Tools->Cron Events?
    Do you see any warning or error messages on that page?

    Hello,

    I have a similar problem. My back ups are not finished/completed. What should I do about this?

    If I try a manual back up it says “Waiting until scheduled time to retry because of errors”
