Trying to modify behavior when updating subscriptions

    Using the subscriptions plugin

    After editing a subscription, the submit button is titled “Sign up now”. Since I’m editing a subscription, it should say something more like “Update Subscription”. I would like to change this, without affecting the same button when creating the original subscription.

    Next, upon updating, I would like to redirect to a specific page, or create a brief popup stating that the subscription has been updated.

    Advise please?
