Can’t post when I include ‘.images’

    Like the title says, any time I include ‘.images’ in a post or anything that gets put in the database, I get a ‘not found’ error page.

    I’m on shared hosting running WordPress 2.7.1
    Apache version 1.3.41 (Unix)
    PHP version 5.2.6
    MySQL version 5.0.67-community

    I originally thought that an old plugin called ‘Now-Reading’ was just broken, because that is where I ran into the problem first. But I wrote a blog on my website and included the phrase and the post bombed.

    Any ideas?

    Any ideas would be helpful. I can get into the database and edit the url and it works fine, so I don’t think it is the MySQL.

    This turned out to be an issue with Apache. I turned off the mod security that was parsing the url, and the site started working.
