Etsy Articles not showing

    Hi everyone,
    when trying to add all products to my wordpress site, the items in my Etsy store do not show up in the plugin.

    Shop Section Name ID Active listings
    All xxxxxxx 0
    Purses xxxxxxx 0
    Cushions xxxxxxx 0

    This is wrong as you can see if you go to my etsy website. I only have one section “All” and currently 6 listings.

    Does anyone know why this could be not updating?

  • I find that the another plug-in or a theme is usually to blame. I’ve had plug-ins totally hose my sites.

    Hi Mark,
    Thanks for your reply.
    The issue is that if I enter a different shop’s name it finds all the products listed on the Etsy account but only with my shop, I cannot get the newest products to show up. It seems like I am loading an old cached version of my shop info…

    Any more suggestions for me? Thanks in advance ??
