Depo Masthead theme 1 not 3 colums

I’ve migrated my .com blog to my own site. Unfortunately, the Depo Masthead theme doesn’t look the same, it shows 1 post rather than 3. I’ve downloaded the theme here:

And I haven’t changed anything anywhere…How can I fix this? Thanks in advance!
