    Hi,
    when a user uses the reset password, the link he receives contains
    password-reset/?act=reset_password&hash%5Berrors%5D%5Bgglcptch_error%5D%5B0%5D=You%20have%20entered%20an%20incorrect%20reCAPTCHA%20value.&&user_id=6
    in the argument.
    Naturally, the token is invalid and the user can not change his password.

    I tried with and without the recaptcha plugin but with the exact same behavior (disabled via the settings and then completely deactivated it via the wordpress console).

    WP version: 4.9.8
    UM version: 2.0.29
    UM – Google reCAPTCHA version: 2.0.2

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @toshi13,

    Can you please do a quick conflict test by disabling all plugins except Ultimate member and switching to the default WordPress theme and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Regards.

    Hi
    sorry for the delay of response.
    Indeed there is a conflict between UM google recaptcha plugin and Best Web Soft google recaptcha plugin (for the “contact us” form)

    still, I don’t know what to do except looking for an other contact plugin
