Good plugin but how do you report their errors?

This plugin offers a good solution for those looking to create simple to potentially complex forms.

However, there are a few errors that I’ve come across that I’ve wanted to report but the team behind this plugin apparently does not want to deal with the responsibility unless you’re paying them because there doesn’t seem to be any method of reporting their mistakes, which seems asinine when you consider that I’m trying to support the team by pointing out broken parts of their product but I digress.

Good plugin but the team needs a way to accept error/bug reports from users.
