Log Rotation cleanup not working

    I have not been able to get the Log Rotation “Cleanup by Amount” or “Cleanup by Time” to work. My database is filling up with thousands of log entries and the only way to delete them is to manually check the boxes and use the “Bulk Action” to delete the messages. I have not been able to find any solutions to this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

    WP Mail Logging plugin version 1.8.5
    WP version 4.9.8
