Cannot request token

  • Hi,

    After setting up the details for requesting token and I typed again the account details at the mendeley page, the plugin indicates “Failed retrieving OAuth2 access token: Failed to connect to api.mendeley.com port 443: Connection refused’.

    Is that due to the cURL problem? I have no idea how to enable it.
    Any other solutions to this problem?

    cURL has to be enabled in the PHP configuration (it might be necessary to install an additional PHP package). Details should be available in the description of your server environment.
