Cache Enabler together with The Events Calender

  • Hi,
    I installed Cache Enabler some days ago and get the following problem.
    On the home I post the five next events (below blog posts). Events are created with the plug-in The Events Calender.
    When an event has passed it goes away from the home and the events are new filled up to five.
    Since the Cache Enabler is installed, this automatic update is no longer working. The events on the home are always the same five, even they are in the past. I have to delete the cache to update the events on the home.
    How can I solve this problem and get with Cache Enabler anyway an automatic update of the events on the home?

  • Have you checked with the calendar plugin author to see whether caching plugins are supported with their plugin or if there are any settings which need to be configured within the plugin?

    You could alternatively disable Cache Enabler from caching your home page to avoid this issue.
