Email quotes not working

    Hi, the Email quotes button on the admin page is not working for some reason.

    When I press the button the page refreshes but nothing happens.

    I used one of my emails to make a test upload, and I don’t receive any email after pressing the email quotes button. Also, the price and text/instructions are not saved, so when the page refreshes everything is empty again.

    I installed the plugins WP Error Messages and WP mail Log and it’s not showing nothing in the logs, that means that no email is being sent.. Any ideas?

    Please check if you wordpress installation is able to send emails.

    Make sure that you set prices in the appropriate fields.

    Hi, I just tried that plugin and the email is working fine.

    I have the plugin in two different sites (for testing purposes), and in one of them, when I hit the “Email Quotes” button the request disappears from the “Price Requests” tab. On the other site it remains there… weird..

    When I press the “Email Quotes” button, there is no message of error or success, the page only refreshes. Should I have a message giving feedback of the action?

    Any other idea to get this working? I know this worked weeks ago, and the only thing I made was to update the plugins and the WordPress itself.

    By the way, as Admin I receive the price enquiry sent by the plugin on the front page. So this also proves the emails are working (?).

    The request disappears if the email was successfully sent.
    To debug your issue I need wp admin area and FTP credentials which can be emailed to fuzzoidsoftware at gmail com

    I still have the issue of not being able to send emails with the Get Quote Button.
    It always shows “Could not send the email. Please try again later.”

    My wordpress is able to send emails, I checked it with the plugin check-email.

    I am using https://de.www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ to send emails.

    I have the same problem. I DO receive email when there is Quote Request.

    But when I try to reply to customer Send Quote, the customer (me as tester) doesn’t receive the respond quote.

    Please help.
