Exclude Home Page not Working

I fixed the problem. Can you delete wp fastest cache and download the following version to get the latest changes please?

I have a similar issue: I have a cache timeout rule for the Home page:
Home Page – Once Every 5 Minutes

But this rule disappears after a while (1-2 days or less).
I have 6 other rules, but they are fine. This is the 7th rule, and keeps disappearing, resulting in a not updated frontpage.

Is it a bug or a feature?
