Slideshow image order broken

  • After the latest update of the wp-property plugins, we seem to have lost the ability to re-order the slideshow images. In the “Edit Property” screen under “Slideshow Options”, the “All Images” and “Slideshow Images” sections are blank and do not display any images. The slideshow is displaying images in the order they were uploaded.

    This was working prior to our update of the plugins to 4.0.2 for slideshow and 2.3.8 of wp-property.

    Is there an easy fix for this? Thank you.

    You should have ability to reorder images in Media tab – https://screencast.com/t/XMCkor7pP

    Do you see images there?

    Hi Maria,

    Yes, the media panel displays the images, and those images are displayed in the property gallery in the same order.

    Here is a screenshot of the slideshow section underneath the media panel:

    We used to be able to pick slideshow images and order them here independent of the gallery, but that seems to have changed.

    Images should be in those boxes also. Try to investigate the issue by disabling all third party plugins and changing a theme.

    Let me know if that related.

    We have no third party plugins or themes:

    Would the theme affect the admin editor? I did need to make minor edits to the theme for layout and google maps but there are no javascript errors in the console.

    I do not know, you could just investigate and change the theme to default WP one for a while and see if that makes difference.
