[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Spinning Arrow to Nowhere

When I test Contact Form 7 with test message, the little arrow spins and the message is never sent. I read in the FAQ’s that the problem may be a conflict with other plug-ins and the suggested solution was to deactivate the other plug-ins. Since the otheres are also being used for a reason, this isn’t a good solution. Any other advice? Do I need to use another Form? Thanks.
