PNG Icon Images – Why?
-
Why PNG and not JPG?
In this day and age of trying to get web sites to open faster you would think you would be using compressed JPG files for these icons.
In Page Speed test it shows that all your icons could be compressed to save speed – but we can’t compress them with our program because they are not in the upload folder. So it begs the question why wouldn’t they be already compressed and why aren’t they JPG?
