Sorting issues with custom post types within a custom taxonomy

First of all, great plugin. It has helped me solve client’s needs for custom sorting on many occasions. More often than not, customers want a custom order for their projects, and this does a perfect job.

The issue I’m inquiring about is having custom post ordering within a custom taxonomy. For instance, I have used this plugin to create a custom ordering of projects on this page: https://gmcn.balefireadv.com/portfolio/

However, when I visit a taxonomy archive page: https://gmcn.balefireadv.com/portfolio/industry/educational/ the ordering is not the same as it is on the main https://gmcn.balefireadv.com/portfolio/ page.

Is this an error in the plugin? Or does the plugin not recognize ordering of posts within a specific taxonomy like this?
