  • Hi @luckerko973,

Thanks for the feedback. Are you having issues during the build process or the install process?

    Thanks

Hi, the issue occurs in building proces. Right after I finish “1.SETUP” and tried to move next to “2.SCAN”

If you would like to attach the build log (see Tools > Logs) to our ticket system I can have a closer look at the file.

    Just mention this thread.

Hi, in the lock part of plugin:

“Log file not found or unreadable.
Try to create a package, since no log files were found in the snapshots directory with the extension *.log.

Reasons for log file not showing:
    – The web server does not support returning .log file extentions.
    – The snapshots directory does not have the correct permissions to write files. Try setting the permissions to 755.
    – The process that PHP runs under does not have enough permissions to create files. Please contact your hosting provider for more details. ”

    What now?

I see… You might start off with this FAQ item:

? ? – Why does the scan take a long time or just simply fail?
    ? ? – https://snapcreek.com/duplicator/docs/faqs-tech/#faq-package-018-q

If that still doesn’t help you might contact your host to see if they have any PHP or web server logs that give us any clues.
