Login/Registration Redirects

Is there a way to alter the redirect at login and registration? I couldn’t find anything on this in the documentation.

I am not using the profile features for the plugin, but of the Kleo theme I have installed. As such, I really don’t want people being confused by the redirect to the plugin profile page after registration. I realize I could delete that page, but I don’t want to break anything. Is there a way to configure the redirect to the profile page for the theme?
