Just getting blank error

HI,

When I’m trying to create shipment. I’m getting just blank message as like( Aramex: ) above the filling form.

SO don’t know where is the error. I’m in touch with Aramex manager but they also not getting idea why it is not generating shipment and why it is showing blank message after Aramex:.
