Good theme and OUTSTANDING Support

I bought BusiProf Pro theme. the theme is suitable to business of professional service, generally, it meets my expectation, though there is still a little space to improve. But, given the price, it’s over worthy. So I rate the product 5/5.
More importantly, it stuns me with outstanding support and a passionate team behind it.
the customer service the team presented is not only timely and robust, but the most premium service which I have ever experienced on the word press platform, even in the business to business section from my past experience of over 17 years since I entered into the business world.
I hope the team keep up with this spirit, not to let clients down, and to create a world class bigger business ahead. so I rate the service 12/10.
Among the teammates, the 2 with username “prajapati” and “imraz” in their webriti online support forum, are truly going extra miles. I am amazed how the 2 outstanding talented people have been attracted, recruited and retained by this business. if possible, I love to be a friend of them, and I like to suggest the business owner to kick off a masterclass to let me and others enroll to learn more from a great employer brand.
and, to some extend, having support from the team kinda gives me more confidence to continue usage of WordPress and its platform.
