Fixed top bar element

Due to particular requests, I had to hide the default wordpress menu, and had to create a new top navigation bar with King Composer. Now I need to make this top bar (which is a KC element) sticky. In Section Settings I have set “Position Fixed”, and that works, but when I scroll up or down, the bar remains in the background, behind all other elements. I want it to be in FRONT of all other elements at all times.
The reason for this and result I want to achieve is:
– Logo in the center of the fixed element bar
– Menu on the right side of the fixed element bar
– Clickable icons on the left side of the fixed element bar
