    Hey Everyone,
    The formatting for my main page https://www.myveryownsoapbox.com looks good (at least in IE6, which may not be saying much). But when I go to look at comments, the menu on the right side shifts to the bottom. I’m pretty sure it’s some kind of CSS bug, but I can’t find it right now, so any help you guru types could lend would be spectacular.
    Thanks in advance,
    Dave

    It is the long trackback link most likely.

    How do go about shortening it? Do I just change the format of my permalinks or is there a better/easier way?

    Woops. Thanks for your time.

    Some people don’t like the link ‘cuz they feel some might know what to do with it. My take is if they know what a trackback link is, they will know what to do.

    Thanks for the tips guys, but shortening the URI to a link didn’t help. Other suggestions?

    Looks like it could be the width of your comment textarea box. Try shortening it to:
    cols="38" instead of cols="40"

    That was actually the next thing I tried, which revealed something interesting… changing the cols attribute does nothing! I changed the cols to “5” and the width of the textarea didn’t change. Bizarre.

    Yahtzee! I suppose this is what I get for neglecting to grab Firefox 1.0 today. Thanks Kafka, and a big fat boo to Microsoft.
