I had issues when I first installed this plugin, and was able to get help got it working. I’ve now removed a subsite prefix (I’ve removed shop. from my site) and now I cannot the the MailChimp for Woocommerce to sync.

I then tried deactivating and uninstalling the plugin with the idea I’d reinstall it, but I wasn’t able deactivate. I changed its directory name to deactivate and then uninstalled it.

I’ve now reinstalled it, and it is looping trying to sync the first 4/5 products. the Log looks like this

The web server is reporting very high CPU consumption. What is wrong?

I tried lots of things, changed settings, and eventually it started progressing.

I’m sorry, I haven’t got a solution to contribute, I’m not sure what, if anything I did to fix it.

Hey @da_mask just catching up on this ticket now would make me think everything is ok now right? If you were having trouble with the plugin at one time, there may have been a lot of jobs just waiting to be processed in the background – so once that had completed your CPU would be getting back to a normal threshold.

Did your sync actually complete? If so you should see a button on the “Sync” tab that actually says “Resync” – and if that is visible – that means you’re all synced up and things should be working as expected on new orders, order updates, product updates etc.

I’m getting a ton of these. Not syncing after migrating site. And, I’ve tried the resync button.
