    Hi there,
    I just installed your plugin, and I was wondering, is it possible to make the first ticket ID #1 ?
    It would help to know the number of tickets, …

    Hi:

    Unfortunately that is not possible. The ticket ID is actually a WordPress POST ID and that is controlled and set by WordPress.

    It’s ok, we’ll deal with that in another way.

    Had the same question.
    Would make for an useful option in a future update though.
    It would be nice to being able to edit the ticket numbering.
