AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
-
A site owner installed this on their web hosting account and it rewrote all URLs to “/public/xxxx.css” and “/public/xxxx.js”. The problem was that the rewritten links were broken, so it was cause a 404 error to load for each broken link, which in turn calls the same broken links, which then end up in an endless loop of broken links.
The server was getting hit with what looked like a DoS attack, but it was just this plugin generating countless hits and sending the server in to a high load situation.
Needless to say, the plugin failed to work and the website was most likely inaccessible to the site owner, so that they couldn’t log in and disable the plugin.
If you dare install this, be prepared to disable it via FTP.
