“New User Confirmed” e-mail not triggered/sent

do others mail working fine? i haven’t reported this issue from any others user.

Can you please deactivate others plugin one by one to see if any others plugin conflicting?

I am facing the same issue, all other emails are being sent from wordpress, I am on a shared hosting (godaddy). Emails are received when

I go to wordpress dashboard > users >
I manually click on the “Approve Now” link in the Verification Status column
Email is received with the subject “New User Confirmed – …”

I noticed the emails sent by wordpress are sent by correct email set in the setting. However the email sent by the plugin says via (SMTP server address). I guess the headers do not match between the emails sent by wordpress and this plugin

This is a great and much needed plugin, it would be nice to make it work on all hosts.

Hi, I have setup a clean install here https://talented.earth/testsite/wp-login.php?action=register no other plugins are installed, just a simple default register page right out of the box.

When I sign up i get an email from wordpress to setup my password. After that when I try to login it says “Error: Verify your email first! Resend verification email” Resend link does not send any email.

Can you please check if your mail server is working or not, i have not received the default registration mail nor verification mail. i am still waiting to see what’s going on. i will let you know if i received mail.

@pickplugins The plugin was activated a few months ago I updated it today, I have received new user registration email from PickPlugins wordpress but no verification email from the plugin. I am able to send and receive emails from my domain. When I signup with a test account using my own email I only get this “To set your password, visit the following address” but no activation link. When I follow the link I am able to set a password but unable to login. Thanks

@pickplugins I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials. I have flagged your account temporarily. That just means that your post will need to be approved and @ notifications from you will not work.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
