How best to bundle with variations

I have a question hopefully someone can help with. I currently run woocommerce and it works awesome so a quick thanks for all the great work on it. What I’m trying to wrap my head around currently is I have a pretty large catalogue of products and some of them have variations depending on different manufacture processes that are more in depth. What I’d like to do is if several products are purchased together to complete the job I need a way to bundle them together. Now I only need a way to let them select it from the product page for the large item which is a variable itself and below that select the addon products they may or may not need in a kit format which could be variable items in their own right. What is the best way to accomplish that end.
