Broken Migration

I’ve no access to the back end and the rest of the site other than the front page.

I had to move hosts, so,

I ran the built in wordpress export and downloaded the content with Filezilla

I ran the import at the new location and copied over the media files using Filezilla.

I’m not sure where it went wrong, but it did and its been years since I;ve done any of this.
Help.
