Re-issuing or regenerating certificates

    Hi there,

    I am wondering if it is possible to regenerate a user’s certificate as an admin or even a user? As the user’s name was incorrect.

    This happens quite often for us or if we change the format of the certificate then it will only apply to those recently generated.

    Any help on this would be much appreciated! Thanks!

    We intentionally made it so that earned certificates are detached from the generated ones but it does cause some issues like what you’ve noted…

    We’re working on figuring out a better way to handle this so certs can be regenerated or bulk synced (as an option) when a change is made to the original template.

    I must confess that this isn’t a terribly high priority for us at this moment and we really don’t have a way to do this currently.

    The certificates are all posts in the database so currently the only way to modify a generated certificate is to head into your database and modify it manually on the posts table.
