Stlytes are messe, colors not showing

It seems you’ve changed the Commenter Label Colors by User Role. Please navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Styling admin page, click on “Reset Options” button and check again.

Please navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Styling, admin page, put the following CSS code in “Custom CSS Code” textarea:

#wpcomm .wc-comment-label {
    color: #03a9f4 !important;
}

ranks appear hidden

Could you please specify where are the ranks that do not appear? How can we check it?
