    Hey Guys,

    When clients are submitting tickets, the ticket either hangs or my conditional fields don’t pop up via Ajax?

    Through both Internet Explorer and Chrome?

    Any reason why?

    Hi,
    It may be conflicting with your theme or another plugin.?
    To identify this, please deactivate plugins one by one and check if the issue exists.?
    If the issue stops after disabling a plugin, the conflict is there.
    Let us know how you go. If that does not resolved the issue please create a ticket here.
