Bug in Menu 404 errors Last Update

Hi,

Nice plugin.

But after the last update the “404 errors – Menu” is with some errors.
Example:

– If you add a redirection the url is not removed by the screen. You must remove it manually.
– If you check “Delete all records for this 404”, It will remove ALL urls listed, even those that have different url.
