The video, contact data and the form disappeared

I communicate with you to ask for your support, I am using your plugin, and I added your witgets in the bar of my Hueman theme, but when I saw the details of my publication, they were gone, the video, contact data and the form disappeared , delete the witgets and the bars but they do not appear.
