Looking for a social sharing plugin that lets you set custom url

I’m looking for a plugin that adds the normal social sharing buttons (Twitter, Facebook, etc) to posts and pages. But, I’m looking for one that lets you set a custom url to share.

The purpose is so I can share the shortened url instead of the long one (the shortening happens with YOURLS).
