This seems to be a moving target so to speak… I am finding on eight sites now that the dropdown choices, info, stats and etc. are not appearing… But it is moving around, seems to happen just sometimes, on different sites, and only in the Firefox browser…

Last evening it was happening on five out of the eight, This morning two… A couple days ago a somewhat different three or four…

I have recently switched from using Chrome to using Firefox for site development and maintenance, so no knowing for sure how long this has been going on… Prior to fully switching I did use Firefox occasionally for backend stuff… Never experienced this before going to Firefox exclusively…

All but one site on the same server… But issue has also come and gone on the one site on the different server…

I have tried clearing and re-authorizing 3-4 times, without affecting the issue where and when it is happening…

I spent some time last evening and again this morning trying and have still not been able to duplicate the issue in Chrome, Safari or Opera…

What happens is when clicking the dropdown arrow it “drops” into one narrow empty line…

Some of the site owners are using Firefox, so hoping this can be figured out…

    UPDATE>>>

Just found same issue happening in Chrome in Site where it was happening in Firefox, and yet for the same site its now not happening in Firefox…

So this is bouncing in and out all over the place…

Crazy making trying to trace a pattern……

    Hi There,

I’m not currently able to replicate this issue on my testing site.

    1. Are there any errors appearing in the web console when this isn’t loading?
    2. Do you have any other themes/plugins you’ve installed on all the sites this is occurring on that might help us to replicate this (since this might be a plugin conflict)?

    Thanks!
    -Jay

And in case my last post doesn’t make it past moderation (apparently held because of code?), here is a link to screen shot of the same:
    https://www.spiritdesigns.life/gadwp/
This temp page is no-indexed and no-followed on the same site the screenshot it contains (of the Firefox web console) was taken, in case knowing that is helpful…

Just to add, I have placed a later look at the console errors onto the same page below the screenshot, as text rather than an image, in case it is helpful…

On the front end of the same site above, with me being logged out, I.E., the public version, here is the only error in the console, GADWP directly mentioned… The collection of errors shared above only occur in the backend…

JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1 jquery-migrate.min.js:2:542

Wondering if you are looking into this…? It continues to come and go on different sites and in different browsers… I am willing to give you access to where it is currently happening, if you want to connect more directly in real time…

Are you on this…? There is a site where the issue is occurring pretty much all the time… Give me a way to connect with you and I can give you some access…?

    Plugin Author chriscct7

    (@chriscct7)

    Hi there,
It seems you are using a plugin to offload all of our scripts to jsdeliver instead of the ones that we bundle (note how the errors show the error show the url coming from jsdeliver and not your site). We can’t support this since we cannot control the scripts that you have offloaded and additionally we don’t recommend it for security reasons.

Moreover this plugin is also breaking ours since as noted Firefox is blocking cross origin requests on your site, and therefore causing the issue you are experiencing.

You just need to disable the plugin doing this and the issue will be resolved.

Ahhhhhhh… THANK YOU…!!! That Fixes It… Started using that plugin recently… Watched the front end for a while, and when there were no issues started using it on other sites, and didn’t make the connection to this issue… Always so much more to learn… I think this may also have to do with another issue I was dealing with with a different plugin…

    Again, Thank You…!

    Kind regards,
    John.
