Contact form emails not coming through

Hi there,
On the page I’ve listed, users fill out a survey using Contact Form 7. Upon hitting submit, they get an automatic email reply from me with a coupon code. I get the survey results they filled in emailed to me automatically as well.
I’ve noticed two customers have used the coupon code, which they’d only be able to get by filling in the form, yet I haven’t had either survey email come through to me. I can’t see it being blocked in my CleanTalk dashboard, so I don’t know where they’ve gone?
I’ve just tested the page with my own email and it’s coming through fine, so I can only presume the two submissions these users made have been blocked (however they still received the auto-reply from me with the coupon code??)
Could someone look into this and whether it’s Clean Talk or not as I’m basically giving products away for free at the moment and not getting any survey results in – which negates what I’m trying to do.
