Please provide better support

I’ve implemented Woocommerce services successfully before but now I’m running into problems on a new site I’m building. The problem I’m having with support is that it takes too long to get issues resolved. I can start a ticket with WooCommerce but I won’t hear back for 12+ hours and then its one stupid question that does nothing and you don’t get another reply until the next day. Who can do business like this?
I appreciate you wanted to monetize WooCommerce but I would appreciate some kind of dedicated or priority support channel, even if it costs some money. If this were BigCommerce or Shopify I would have received help by now.
