Preferred day and time – VAT not correct

    Hi,

    we would like to use the preferred date and time feature. We set the fee on the settings page including VAT. The amount shows correctly on the checkout page. However, the total amount calculates the fee PLUS VAT (7% or 19% depending on the items in the cart). I checked all settings. Everything seems to be correct. Any ideas? Thank you!

    The VAT is included in the prices of the preferred date and time feature.

    This might be true, but nevertheless: VAT is added to the total amout. See this screenshot:

    Put a product for less than 29 EUR in the cart and fill in an adress. Choose date and time, and you will see that VAT is added to the fee.

    Any news? Some input would be helpful. I mean, you have to be a paying DHL customer to use this plugin.

    The amount should not be taxed, we would have to look at your setup to understand why tax is being added. Can you email “dhlsupport [at] progressusmarketing.com” to look into this further.
