    Before we will install, we need to know what will happen to the remaining balance? Is there an extra area at customers account?

    Hello, if the customer does not use the entire balance it can be applied to a future order. The cart and checkout screen will show the customer the amount used and the remaining balance. This is true for the free version as well as the Pro version. Let me know if you have any other questions!
