Website Performance with Airpess

hi, so my employer has me working on a project that gets individual bits of data from airtable and to be placed in wordpress articles. one of our options is to use Airpress to do this.

my question is, are there any breaking limitations airpress has when being used to get data from airtable to wordpress? does it have a limit on how much data it can get from airtable? does it allow the wordpress site to display the data properly even when the web traffic is heavy? that kind of stuff.
