My Contact Form 7 Suddenly Not Sending Emails

I have been using WordPress 4.7.11 and contact form 4.7.

Suddenly form doesn’t sending emails and no redirecting to thank you page.

But the thing is IT WORKS if am duplicating and using latest form id in page.

Any HELP????
