Spam Deletion Help

  • Hello,

    Just to tell, I am not computer savvy.

    I have over 4,000 spam comments in my blog. I want to delete them all quickly, without having to go through every page and delete?

    What is the simplest way I can do this in a fast manner?

    And what can I download (a posted link is helpful) to avoid further spam from getting to my blog?

    Much help is appreciated.
